This extension, offered by Binance on the Google Chrome extension store is meant to add the USD value to the output of the BTC value column on Binance. You can also use this extension to convert BTC and ETH to USD at the Binance rate.

This extension is pretty straight forward and really doesn’t offer much to discuss in a review. The extension simply adds a USD value column where Binance has failed to do so initially.

I used Binance for well over a year and never really noticed the missing column, however, it is kind of nice to implement this extension.

The calculator is a nice way to convert BTC and ETH quickly, but really, most other crypto related extensions can do this and much more.

Simple. Sweet. To the point. Kind of worthless. Meh.

Pros & Cons
  • I suppose if it drives you absolutely insane, using this extension to provide the USD column is for you.
  • This extension isn’t very helpful. The last update was over six months ago and there are only 2 reviews on Google Chrome, totaling for a mouth gaping three stars.
  • Seems to solve a problem that doesn’t really exist and has little to no need from the community.
  • It says its offered by Binance, but I’m not entirely sure it’s ACTUALLY designed by Binance. If Binance thought there was a problem with their website, wouldn’t they just update it there instead?
  • And finally, it seems like support and development for this extension are dead.
