Overview

Hibiki Run is a music discovery platform that features digital collectibles related to ACG ("Animation, Comics, and Games"). With over 1 million high quality sound tracks, an easy-to-use user interface, and a portal to a wide range of digital collectibles, "play-and-earn" takes on a whole new meaning. We have never had it so fun and easy to spend time outside, listen to music, and collect rewards with our friends.

The inspiration

Hibiki (響) is the Japanese word for "sound", "resonance" and "harmony".

We try to combine oriental philosophy such as "" (random music streaming), game assets such as "" ( type of amulets that boost performance) together with unique aesthetics to make the play-to-collect experience fun and harmonious.

Music industry in web3 has been recognized as future trend of better economy for both creators and fans.

Hibiki Run promotes web3 music streaming in a gamified way via its core digital assets - Headphones. And we think gamified music discovery is the key method to present to everyday users/players along with its token incentives, which can truly bring engagement and passion together.

Future visions/Roadmap

Onboarding system for content creator

Hibiki Run is currently building a streamlined system for onboarding creators and external projects to airdrop their works into Hibiki Run's raffle pool and list their items in marketplace for sale.

Hibiki Run platform will provide a unique dashboard showcasing these creators and projects with high royalty fee for each transaction.

Spotify integration for music streaming

Integrating with Spotify for workout and listen mode in Hibiki Run is on the roadmap, users will be able to listen to their own favourite music during the game to maintain the same rewards from Hibiki Run.

Upgrade of visual and game system for Headphones collection

We know the importance of visual effects especially for every player's unique headphones collection.

Q1: Which public blockchain will Hibiki Run be launching on?

We will be launching on Polygon for the initial release.

Q2: Will multi-chain be available, and which chain will be the preference?

Yes, in later releases we will consider deploying Hibiki Run on other L1 chains depending on the community's preferences.

Q3: Are both HUT and HBK on the blockchain?

Our Governance token $HBK will be on-chain and CEX listing in the future (ETA Q2 2023).

The current market condition poses great challenges in listing and liquidity. As such, $HUT will not be put on the blockchain upon Hibiki Run's official launch, instead, it will become an in-app credit eligible for various game features.

The schedule for listing $HUT is to be announced later.

Q4: What is Hibiki Run's Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate Program offers players gift codes that can incentivize inviters with long-term share of transaction fee derived from every transaction made by the invitee, as well as various rewards that include token incentives and game assets when the invitee has achieved certain in-app milestones.

Q5: Do I need to have my own blockchain wallet?

Every registered user can use the built-in to start their game and collection journey.

Hibiki Run has implemented user-friendly wallet features that make it easy to create or import your blockchain (compatible with other platforms) wallet on Polygon within just a couple of steps.

Q6: Why do I get "malicious activities" message prompt and cannot login anymore?

Your account's security is our first priority, and Hibiki Run team is taking every measure carefully to protect it.

When this particular message pops up "Your account is being investigated due to malicious activities.", it means our automated backend system has detected unusual and suspicious activities conducted in your account such as automated transactions, high failed attempts on login, etc. hence it is locked for further investigation to prevent potential damage to both you and others.

During a normal procedure, the account will be available after a thorough investigation is done within 24-48 hours. In case of higher delay, please report to our community manager.

Hibiki Run envisions a strong future of gamification that includes marketplace trading, fan <-> creator circular economy, NFT collection, music streaming, etc.

Hence Hibiki Run aims to build a sustainable and organic community where users from both traditional and web3 space can enjoy playing games and collecting digital collectibles. To achieve this, reducing the barrier of entry by allowing everyone to play for free is key.

Play-to-Collect (P2C)

Users will be given a Hibiki Run headphones gachapon to begin their journey. The gachapon contains a pair of of "Dope" rarity to kick start their music runner experience.

Once with to upgrade to a higher rarity, such base headphones will be able to mint new headphones, be traded in the marketplace, and be withdrawable to blockchain wallets.

Players will be able to play raffles to collect game assets such as headphones, pouches and partner projects' NFTs along the P2C journey.

HUT daily withdrawal limit

To help sustain a stable virtual economy, it is crucial to have a systematic approach in place regarding

circulation. One of the measures is setting daily withdrawal limit.

Daily withdrawal limit formula:

{[(TotalEchoRewards)/2 + (TotalGenesisHeadphoneRarity)x5 + (NumberOfCollectibles)] x MarketFactor} + BonusAllowance

Additionally, the above is subject to a 5,000 HUT ceiling.

TotalGenesisHeadphoneRarity means the average of all of your Genesis Headphones’ rarity using numerical representation from 1 to 7 (1 for Dope, 7 For Titan)

NumberOfCollectibles means total number of collectibles including POAP that a user holds

MarketFactoris the indicator of market/token price condition:

It may be adjusted depending on market condition

BonusAllowance means a discretionary allowance that may change from time to time for celebrating events, etc. Currently set to 0 HUT.

Daily withdraw limit is calculated on a weekly basis, on every Sunday 23:00~23:59 (UTC)

There is also an HUT withdrawal transaction fee of 10 HUT to cover necessary blockchain network gas fee

Wallet Settings

Passcode - You can change your passcode (6 digits), which you will need to log in to both of your accounts.

Face ID - In addition to passcode, you can also enable face ID to log in to your Hibiki account.

Show Secret Phrase - Secret Phrases are keys to restore your wallet on blockchain. You can view the secret phrase (12 words) of your Polygon account at any time.

Import / Remove wallet - The wallet feature supports importing a polygon wallet you already have, as well as removing your current polygon wallet.
