Kickass Kombat Review
Kickass Kombat
kickass-kombat.com
Kickass Kombat seems to be a Japanese inspired combat themed marketplace providing several different categories of items. These categories include books, calligraphy, clothing, gifts, video, and weapons.
The about us page claims they are the number one destination for Japanese Martial Arts goods and crafts. The site is fully owned and ran by Japanese martial artists.
They invite you to contact them if they aren’t currently carrying something of interest to you and it seems like the owners of this site are very personable and helpful.
Clicking the “Bitcoins accepted here” button on the main page reroutes you to a third-party bitcoin merchant widget, unrelated to the website itself.
Due to PayPal’s policy, a lot of the items sold on the website do not qualify, hence the need for payments via bitcoin!
There is actually very little info regarding Bitcoin or its payment method in relation to the site. With that said, you can change the currency using the drop-down menu at the top of the page into bitcoin, displaying prices in BTC value.
Despite choosing Bitcoin as my payment method, you are required to enter pretty much all of your personal information, defeating all privacy purposes using cryptocurrencies.
You are required to use Bit-pay if you wish to use cryptocurrencies as payment, but it does state in the terms and conditions page that prior arrangements can be made.
