Welcome Ellerians, ignite your adventerous spirit and get ready for an epic story to come.
Introduction
Tales of Elleria (TELL) is a GameFi project on Arbitrum and is the entry point into Elleria's metaverse.
Elleria utilizes several tokens and NFTs to create our internal economy and an RPG-like progression system.
Heroes - NFT (base characters with progression system)
Equipment - NFT (character progression)
Drops/Relics - NFT (crafting/boosts/consumables/resources)
$ELLERIUM (ELM) - Main Token
$MEDALS (MEDALS) - Supplementary Token
Heroes are essential to your adventure. They can be trained, upgraded, sent on assignments, and go on quests to obtain Tokens, Equipment, Drops, and Relics.
$ELM and $MEDALS are required resources for your Heroes to perform activities in-game to obtain rewards and further your progression.
The dependency between Tokens and NFTs creates an internal circular economy that balances production and consumption, aiming to maximize the values of both to create a long-term sustainable project.
The further your progression, the more rewarding (and riskier) your journey!
Who will you choose to be?
A humble protector, satisfied with clearing the town's outskirts, in lesser danger with stable returns.
A thrill-seeker, venturing out into the unknown, not knowing the dangers, greedy for the rewards.
A true adventurer, well-informed and equipped, attempting increasingly difficult quests while mitigating risks.
Players will unlock content and lore as a collective when they clear quests. Discover the truth behind the Cataclysm, the origins of the Heroes and Monsters, the story of Elleria.
The world will progress according to the community's actions.
Write your tale, and bards shall sing of it.

Vision & Goals
TELL aims to be a decentralized GameFi project that provides an immersive & fun gaming experience packaged together with DeFi elements.
With the advent of Blockchain technology, our team believes that games and metaverses can finally be community-written and community-owned. TELL will start as a singular continent, poised to take root within the Blockchain space and expand with the community.
We hope to serve as a role model for decentralization and transparency across the GameFi ecosystem. Our contracts and endpoints will be made public to encourage and facilitate the creation of community-owned projects. While the founding team has a roadmap and general direction, the community can influence these at any time with proposals.
Elleria also aspires to create a hub that serves as a bridge across different projects. Currently, assets from various projects stay isolated despite our contracts sharing the same standards. We aspire to integrate assets from other projects to elevate Blockchain immersion and create an integrated community, especially within our 3D open-world (see Phase Beta).
Did you know: The project was initially developed for BSC but switched to Arbitrum after a community vote.
Voters consisted of OG discord members that found our project on Twitter.
Inspiration & Prospects
The inspiration for the GameFi side of the project came from off-chain RPG games such as Final Fantasy, Genshin Impact, Maplestory, amongst many others. We're designing the initial mechanics around an RPG system integrated with Blockchain technology. In terms of world-building, monster tropes, the overall atmosphere, and art style, we have created a crossover using JRPG and Westernized elements that can allow for cross-platform integration in the future.
The Ellerian metaverse will be community-driven. As TELL is the spearhead of this metaverse, our founding team will be in charge of the initial development and release for Tales of Elleria. However, our long-term vision involves the community, and we welcome everybody's involvement in our world's expansion.
As Elleria continues to develop, assets within our metaverse will become increasingly valuable with the consistent release of new content and depth. We believe that continued development propelled by community governance, contribution, and involvement, will attract collaborators and spur the creation of publicly hosted projects, that further raises and sustains the value of the Ellerian Metaverse.
Cheers to everyone in our community, our moderators, collaborators, partners, and team! None of this would be possible without all of you. May Elysis light our way towards our brightest futures.
Cheers to all adventurers!

Lore & Narrative
Dualism is the key theme behind Elleria's lore. The world's 'balance' has been upset by outside forces, and we take the viewpoint of humans as protagonist, seeking to restore peace.
Chapter 0: The Cataclysm
Welcome to the world of Elleria, a vast and prosperous singular continent. Resources were abundant throughout Elleria. Mines filled with gold and precious gems; Lush forests filled with tall, verdant trees; Animals roamed the plains and lived in harmony with humans. Citizens lived carefree centuries after centuries.
However, everything changed when a great fire dragon, Ignacio, abruptly flew into a rage and wreaked havoc across the continent. Forests turned into ashes, cities, and castles were devastated and lay in ruins. With no way to resist, screams of desperation filled the air, and chaos ensued. It was pandemonium.
When all hope seemed to be lost, the Goddess of Elleria, Elysis, appeared. She cast divine magic upon Ignacio, gravely wounding him. In pain and distress, Ignacio finally escaped back to its nest, falling into hibernation to rejuvenate its life force.
Unable to take the life of the fire dragon, Elysis instead expended her divinity and bestowed a blessing on all of Elleria’s citizens, and the continent itself, leaving behind a revelation before returning to the realm of gods.
The survivors congregated in a single remaining city to rebuild it and restart life anew. Twenty years later- Monsters have started to appear and are closing in on the city. According to the Goddess’s prophecy, the appearance of monsters is an omen that Ignacio would awaken once again… But this time, the citizens are not helpless.
Balance has been broken, the future grows uncertain.
Leave behind your sorrows, let I bear thy burdens.
The blessing on this continent, in future will be pertinent.
Should foul creatures appear, a path will be made clear.
Though the dragon awakens, your fate can be rewritten.
With Ellerium, said to be the crystallized blessing of the Goddess, citizens can summon strong heroes and forge blessed weapons effective against the monsters. Will you help to protect Elleria from the monsters and start your epic adventure to slay the evil dragon before it awakens?
Chapter 1: Tremors
Despite the prophecy, the citizens started panicking when the monsters first started making their appearances.
“Is the dragon attacking us again?!”, “Is our city going to be wiped out?”, “ Are we going to die??”
“The blessings are nothing more than shiny rocks. How can we defeat THOSE THINGS!?”
rumble rumble
Right before the city was about to fall into turmoil from fear of the monsters, tremors swept across the land, shaking and knocking people off their feet.
"Were everyone’s lives coming to an end?"
"Is the rumbling a sign of the dragon’s awakening?"
"Was their Goddess’ blessing powerless after all?"
“Look!!!” someone shouted at the top of their lungs amidst the voice of the roaring Earth. A dark shadow was cast over the city. Those who heard his cries clumsily grasped onto supports, getting themselves barely stable enough to allow them a glimpse of their surroundings, holding their breaths for what seemed to be an inevitable end. Despite being mentally prepared for the sight of a dragon descending upon them, what they saw was completely out of their expectations- A cliff now towered over their city, its colossal form blocking out the sun, jutting out over the coast.
…
A moment of silence ensued until everyone suddenly snapped out of their stupor. Almost as though an invisible string pulled them, everyone felt an instinctive urge to head towards the top of the cliff and slowly made their way towards the peak. Amongst the shuffling of footsteps, those observant enough would have realised that the mined Ellerium displayed around town were glowing- almost as though they were reacting to a divine presence.
…
As the citizens approached the peak, a platform carved entirely out of stone showed itself, with engravings of what seemed like divine runes, glowing and pulsating. A messy cut path led from where they stood, leading into the middle of the stone-looking device, where what looked like a colossal mass of Ellerium was hovering and glowing.
Ahead of the glowing crystal stood a tablet. Amongst everyone’s curiosity and fear, a brave young lad went forward. He discovered that there were writings in their common tongue engraved unto the tablet:
Summoning Altar:
Crystallised divinity can lure over souls from a higher realm.
Speak with my apostle, o’ loyal believer;
A pact to your soul, offer them physicality;
Otherwise souls they might be, wandering for eternity.
With this, the citizens realised they could summon the souls of fallen heroes through the altar by offering Ellerium. Speaking to the apostle would allow someone to bind a soul to them, giving the soul a physical form- a second chance to live, train, and grow stronger within Elleria, in exchange for their loyalty.

Scrolling
Scrolls can be crafted at the Heroes Quarters and are the only way to upgrade your heroes' base attributes!
Scrolls are worth the most in improving your hero's $MEDALS earning capabilities. Players can scroll your ordinary heroes until they become eligible for class-specific assignments for a huge boost in $MEDALS, or simply for stronger combat power.
There are different tiers of scrolls available at different crafting costs, see what you need for your heroes!

Advanced Guide
Understand Attributes
There are two types of attributes in Tales of Elleria, mainly Base Attributes and Combat Attributes. The combat attributes affect your quests & which heroes are worth more/less depending on their stats distribution.
Class Traits and Skills
Skills are special actions that can be performed on quests, used within the combat system. Different skills are useful in different scenarios, especially within team dungeons when multiple heroes can support each other mutually.
Traits are currently predetermined and might be developed further after the other aspects of Elleria are mature. Traits affect the behaviours of classes on Quests. For example, when defending, different classes will react differently.
Click on the link to find out more.
Relics & Crafting
Relics can be obtained through various sources in the game. Through merchants, quests, and monsters, you'll be able to obtain monster drops, crafting components, and even artifacts.
You can dismantle/refine/upgrade items through the crafting system and transmute them into powerful scrolls, consumables, equipment, accessories, and more!
Equipment
Equipment can be crafted from the Heroes Quarters or obtained from other sources.
Perfect your Equipment's stats and define your own playstyle in preparation for skills! Look for the best main and secondary stats, enhance them to unleash their full potential, and infuse the materials needed to take them to another level!
Self-Help Functions Â
If you encounter certain bugs in the game, for example missing heroes or relics, use the self-help functions located at the top left hand corner of the main menu.
Jesters & Plague Doctors
At the beginning of mint in March, the team made a mistake with certain heroes' rarity. These NFTs were placed in the wrong rarity tier, leading to mass confusion in the market. As a result, the team made an effort to create a brand new rarity tier for these bugged heroes to increase their perceived value. The team also airdropped these holders with a special relic as a token of apology.
Today, these bugged heroes only have differences in display on trove, which holds no gameplay advantage over regular heroes.
Liquidity ProvisionÂ
Liquidity Provision in Elleria not only contributes to the token's health and grants you $ELM, but also grants you desirable combat stats boost that can make a huge difference while questing. Click on the link below to find out more about Liquidty Boost.Â
Head to the bank to find out more.
Daily & Weekly TasksÂ
Tasks are meant to be cleared with a single hero without any extra effort, allowing all players to clear them as long as they play the game daily. Read more below
Understanding MagicSwapÂ
MagicSwap is the gateway to the cross-game economy, where it allows users to provide liquidity, and trade $ELM/$MAGIC. To purchase $ELM to be used within Tales of Elleria, head to
