We are an open-source investment and operating company incorporated on the Ethereum blockchain. Hair loss is a global problem. Utilizing the DAO structure allows us to frictionlessly incentivize labor and capital formation on a global scale through $hair, our native governance token.
Our community includes researchers, engineers, content creators, and investors - all of whom contribute their own expertise towards helping us solve hair loss.

Our investment strategy
Our goal is to fund the assets that we believe will accelerate the cure for hair loss as soon as possible. These assets will likely range from intellectual property, to hair loss companies, and state-of-the-art treatment clinics.
All profits realised from these investments will be re-invested into into long-term research and companies that will contribute to solving androgenic alopecia once and for all.

Traditional companies pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to incorporate their global business and to execute equity issuances to their workforce. A DAO can incorporate globally and issue its native token token to its workforce at almost zero costs. Public blockchain technology enables us to scale and incentivize our workforce much faster than the legacy system would allow.
Asset Transparency
Our members will be able to verify their $HAIR holdings and the DAO’s investments in real-time at zero cost, through block explorers (such as Etherscan). Investors would need to either wait until the quarterly report was released or hire a costly forensic accountant to verify both their shares and the assets held in a traditional international corporation. Our members can thus always verify that the DAO is acting in the $HAIR community’s best and agreed-upon interests.
Community Ownership
A DAO’s reduced transaction costs and increased transparency allow for the global community of hair loss patients to invest in and contribute work towards finding the potential solution for hair loss. Community ownership via the $HAIR token will ensure that hair loss patients have direct input determining which solutions are funded and how the DAO governs those assets, including the prices we charge our customers.
