We will allow the ability for artists from around the world to submit their Manga art to our website. This will allow them a chance to get a contract from our publishing house. People will be able to vote for their favorite Manga, based on the 2-5 page application. Holders of $ODA token will have a 2x weighted vote while people who vote with a connected email will have a single vote. Our goal is to discover new talent and help them bring their work to the mainstream. We will also have the manga come out in both print versions but also an NFT that can be stored on the blockchain forever. Our ultimate goal is to change people's lives and bring forward new talent to the manga scene.

Anime season occurred in the latest bull run and had coins like Luffy, Mononoke, Kishimoto and more do very impressive runs. We also want to introduce interesting and useful utilities that will keep our ODASEA alive and thriving for a long time to come.
