ErisX

ErisX exchange is trying to attract institutional investors. ErisX will be launched by Eris Exchange, an exchange with tradition operating since 2010. ErisX plans to launch both spot and futures for cryptocurrencies. Very similar to Bakkt, ErisX is waiting from the regulator CFTC before launching their exchange, so they want to build a regulated trading cryptocurrency exchange. ErisX has built amazing partnerships with regulated entities including TD Ameritrade and the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Spot product launch is planned in the second quarter of 2019. Meanwhile, futures are planned to be launched in the second half of 2019.
